What is a digital reproduction?

Digital reproductions are prints on canvas made with high resolution photos and high-performance machines.

• For greater exclusiveness, each print has a Limited Edition of only 12 copies per size.
• Hand embellished (Using acrylic varnish for a freshly painted appearance and more durability. This means your art will never fade).

What is an Original Painting?

It is the hand painting created by the artist. A unique and exclusive piece that has the texture of the medium of preference. Is significantly more expensive than reproductions because there is only one, and from this original, the rest of the prints are produced.

How the original works and reproductions are sent?

The original paintings are personally delivered (if the client resides in Puerto Rico) or by certified mail (outside Puerto Rico – additional costs may apply). Delivered in stretched bars and ready to hang (It does not come framed) or rolled. If you are interested in any particular painting or have any requests, please email: EktorRiveraArt@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.

Reproductions are delivered by mail, rolled, (takes 5 to 10 business days), after receiving an email notification that the payment was processed and the order was completed. You can select to receive the work pre-stretched and ready to hang. For details about this option, please e-mail us.

• The art comes with the artist’s signature and a Certificate of Authenticity.

 What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

The Certificate of Authenticity is a document provided by the artist that comes with the original piece or reproduction acquired to certify its originality. The certificate includes the image of the work, its specifications, the limited edition number of the artwork and the artist’s signature.

Payment

You can pay by direct bank transfer, ATH Movil, check or through PayPal, which gives you the option of paying with credit cards effectively and safely.

Shipping

Shipping have no additional cost in Puerto Rico. International shipments may have additional cost.

Returns

In the event that the artwork do not convince you after receiving your order, you have a return/change period of 14 working days without additional costs. To proceed with a change or a return, please contact us at: ektorriveraart@gmail.com.

We recommend that before checkout your order, check the artwork specifications and size to prevent changes for these reasons.

Warranty

We guarantee a product of quality and durability, however, we’re not responsible for damage to art after they are delivered and checked by our customers.
